Namanameh News Agency: Nasim Bagherian, born in 1991 in Tehran, a graduate of English translation who had her first acting experience in the series Bache Mohandes 3 and in one of the main roles, was able to attract the attention of the audience and her ability to Expose this area to public judgment. We had a conversation with this actor, to which I invite you.
Let’s start our first question from your childhood and adolescence. What happened in your childhood and adolescence? What was your decision for your future then?
I have been very interested in acting since the beginning. But I never took it seriously. At one point in my life, things changed and I had to choose a job related to my field of study, which was English. But this interest always boiled in me until I managed to play the role of Elnaz in this series.
Let me ask my questions better. When did your motivation and interest in acting become more serious?
If I tell you, I did not lie since I was a child. I think I was about six or seven years old, I had a very strong interest in acting. I was watching movies. I watched TV series with my family and I always wanted to enter the field of acting when I grew up. Experiencing different characters, different lives, morals, being in different situations increased this motivation in me and you know that acting is a special interest. Apart from the theoretical and academic discussions, love is also formed within human beings, and I felt this interest in myself a lot and I was also talented, until its position in this collection was created.
What did you do to cultivate this innate talent and interest?
Because I was busy and did not have much time to go to acting classes, I spent most of my free time watching useful movies or reading storybooks, stories with very special and different characters, and I always watch Iranian or Hollywood movies. Old, new do not make any difference, I was very careful in different styles. To that character, to the type of play, the dialogues they had, the details of the film, and the novels or books I read, I put myself in that character’s shoes. And I tried to repeat things with myself and practice so that I would be ready for the day I was going to be in front of the camera. But it was not enough and I think learning is never enough. The less a human being learns, the less he is. But anyway, as much as I can play in a series, I did my best in this field.
Did your family environment or contact with friends and acquaintances who were interested in cinema affect your motivation to act or not?
The family environment is not. I have a family that may not have any art activities. But my parents always welcome my ideas or those of my two brothers. My brothers have always been a good supporter of me. They always guide me very well when I consult with them about an issue. And most importantly, they motivate me. But at the time of university, because I studied at the University of Applied Sciences, the unit where I studied was culture and art. I had many friends and academics who worked in the field of theater and cinema. And the same friends helped me a lot and guided and motivated me.
Did you have any experience in acting before the Engineer Kid 3 series?
No. Engineer Kid 3 was my first acting experience.
How did you get acquainted with this collection?
I came to test through a call they made on sites and cyberspace.
How did you evaluate the character of Elnaz Mafi? Given that he had a negative personality.
In my opinion, Elnaz Mafi is a character that we encounter many such characters in society today. I myself have criticized and analyzed Elnaz’s character many times. A very pretentious girl who has a false self-confidence due to her father’s wealth and job position. And he thinks he can buy people with money, and because of the loneliness he feels inside and suffers from it, he tries to gather people around him to get out of this loneliness. But because of his unwarranted arrogance and pride, he does not know how to treat those around him properly. He tries to humiliate people and somehow considers them his slaves. I even want to be very honest, sometimes my heart burned for Elnaz Mafi. How lonely this person is from within. I have personally seen people in my personal life who have been Elnaz Mafi. I mean, I have seen many mafias in my life, because they can not have a good relationship with others in society and attract others with their friendship or love, they put a material price on human life. And that was really upsetting to me. And even as I read the script, I lost both my heart and my heart for him.
How do you think accepting such a role with these features can have an impact on your artistic future?
So far, several episodes of the series have received good and bad feedback. Of course, it is not bad to say, but the messages that I received, the comments that I had from my dear friends who watch the series every night
